Where Can You Get a Logan Police Department Car Accident Report?
The City of Logan maintains an online form for records requests. You will need to include the following information:
- Name, address, phone number, and email address.
- The case number. You should find this number on any paperwork the responding officer gave you.
- The date and location of the accident.
- An explanation of what record you’re requesting and your involvement in the accident.

How Long Does It Take to Receive a Logan Police Department Car Accident Report, and What Is the Cost?

Accident reports are $10. If you request accident scene photos, they are $1 per printed page, with up to five pictures per page.
